Slow braised beef brisket and ox cheeks, saute diced bacon, caramelised shallots and button mushrooms, cooked in red wine gravy - mashed potatoes. Cook from frozen: Place in your oven (lid on) at 180 for 50-55 minutes until the centre is piping hot.
