Made in small batches on the Isle of Wight. Our oak smoked tomatoes are steeped in Balsamic of Modena for a minimum of two weeks to infuse the full flavour. Rich, smoky and perfectly balanced. Ideal for sauces, dipping, dressings and marinades.
