All their products are made by hand in batches of 100 and use a vegetarian style cheese from a farm in Sussex and rapeseed oil grown in Hampshire (Coldpressed Rapeseed Oil Co), no dried products are used in the production so their products are packed with aroma and flavour. Each jar comes with a recipe card with suggestions of quick suppers or lunches.
