Recently, a lot of our customers have been asking why our stock has been so low during this period of uncertainty and why is it that if we deal direct with the farmer do we even have a problem in the first place?
We have produced a short video to explain the reason behind the limited stock and why is wasn't as easy as just buying more stock.

Thank you for those that took part.
It was a very close call (no-one mention Brexit) but in the end, the farmer has been allowed to take it easier.
You will, of course, still see the farmer about. He is still head of the farm and needs to keep the tractor running and in line!
It has been a long run with the farmer, 36 years, but it will be a fresh new logo from now on that drives Farmer's Choice forward.
We'll leave you one of his favourite jokes
"Why did the farmer think the tractor was a magic tractor..... cause it turned into a field!"

A little rest for keyworkers
Those of you that shop with us regularly will know how incredibly busy we've been for the past 4 months.
Whilst we are incredibly grateful for the constant support from all our customers it's beginning to take its toll on all of us. We are a small family business and have all been pulling together and working behind the scenes from before dawn to sundown for nearly 6 months and no-one has had a break!
With this in mind we have decided to take a shutdown for one week middle of July to allow us all time to recharge our batteries. This isn't a decision we've taken lightly and we hope you all understand our reasons for doing so.
Our last delivery day will be on Friday 10th July and our next delivery day will be Monday 20th July. This should give you a chance to get your orders in before or straight after.
We hope this does not cause you too much inconvenience and we will all be back refreshed, ready to gear up for the busy summer period and then the run down to Christmas!!!
Thank you for your understanding.

High Demand for fresh produce.
Due to a high volume of orders, we are sorry to say that we've had to make the decision to remove our Greengrocery section from our site for the time being.
No need to panic though, we receive weekly deliveries from our partner farmers and are doing our utmost to get these items back in stock.

Keep Calm and Carry On Shopping as normal.
Due to a high volume of orders, we are sorry to say that we are currently out of stock of some of our popular items.
No need to panic though, we receive weekly deliveries from our partner farmers and are doing our utmost to get these items
back in stock.
For the time being we are limiting our sizes to the most popular but will do our best to get every item back in stock as soon as possible.

Our thoughts and sympathy are with all those affected by the coronavirus outbreak both within the UK and abroad.
As a responsible company, the health and safety of all our staff, customers, suppliers and visitors to our offices are a primary concern and priority.
We are therefore continuing to monitor the evolving situation closely guided by information from the UK Government, Public Health England, NHS England the World Health Organisation.
In line with the guidance from these organisations we are promoting virus prevention with employees through discussions and email. We have increased our internal cleaning procedures and have issued internal guidelines to staff to ensure that awareness is achieved throughout our business.
We recognise that there may be an impact from the virus to the supply chain and we are continually monitoring stock levels and availability to ensure maximum accessibility to our customers.
We will endeavour to ensure we maintain communication as things progress.
The advice from our government is for individuals to limit personal contact and during this period we are advising our drivers not to pass their delivery slips to our customers to sign. We will unfortunately not be entering our customers house and will be depositing deliveries on doorsteps or safe, agreed areas.
Our customer service team is here to support you and we will continue to keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.
