Product Description

Great cooked but even better cold and served between two slices of bread this joint is packed with flavour.
Salt Beef has been apart of our diet since the 16th century and came about as preserving meat was only achieved in three ways - canning, smoking or curing with salt before the days of refrigeration that is.

Salt beef is know by many as corned beef this is due to the large granules of salt that was traditional used which were know as 'corns' of salt.
