Product Description

Cook as a casserole in a preheated oven 170 degrees. Chop 1 large onion and a small punnet of mushrooms. Fry the onions and mushrooms until browned. Add dry cider to the onions and mushrooms. Add the pork sage and apple to the above in a casserole dish and place in the oven for 2 hours. After one hour stir throughly and add any extra liquid if needed. Voila. Serve with mashed potatoes and seasonal veg.
