Cooking Guide

Cooking Times

Place bag into warm water for 3 - 4 minutes to soften the fat. Preheat oven to 200C or Gas Mark 6, place a non stick baking tray into the oven to heat up. Remove duck confit from bag, taking off any excess fat and place evenly on preheated tray. Reheat for 18 minutes approx. or until sufficiently crisp. Leave to rest for 2 - 3 minutes to rest prior to plating.
