Black Pudding from Farmer's Choice

Black pudding is a delicacy that is known to be centuries old and has traditions rooted in the Black Country and the town of Bury. It is a very versatile dish and is now part of full, traditional breakfasts in England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. It is usually served sliced and can be eaten boiled, grilled or fried. Just as the name suggests, it is perfectly black and has a firm, granular texture.
