Product Description

A delicious joint seasoned already for you and cut from the belly. Best for slow roasting. Put the seasoned pork belly in very hot oven for 10-15 minutes or until the skin of the belly starts to bubble and turn golden brown. Turn the oven temperature down to a moderate 180.
