As opposed to mass-produced commercial beef products, Farmer's Choice Free Range steaks are made from only the finest animals that are matured on the bone for a minimum of 21 days. To further tenderise our beef and enhance their flavour, we have adopted the traditional methods of hanging and marbling. As well as this, the fact that we work with only a few select farms allows for complete product traceability and customers are aware of the conditions under which our cattle are reared.
