 We have had these a few times now, really nice treat. Like other customers we make a schnitzel with a nice little sauce and pasta. Delightful meat, nice and tender. Nice tasting veal.

 These little escalopes are great for a quick meal, they only take a couple of minutes on each side and they're done. Made them last night with baby potatoes and roasted butternut squash, delicious! They're tender and juicy, just perfect.
