MacDuff Farms are owned by P.R.Duff Ltd; a family-owned Scottish beef company, based in Wishaw near Motherwell, and currently run by Rory Duff, the grandson of the founder.

All the cattle from the MacDuff farms are born and bred in the Scottish Glens, or in their own words: "from the land where crystal clear water enters the peaty burns". Reared naturally and fed only on grass and grass-based products, the cattle produces some of the most distinctive Scottish beef, which ensures the best taste and succulence.

The beef is hand selected for Farmer's Choice customers by our expert butchers and is always matured on the bone for 21 days and hung from the hip, the traditional way, to develop the fine taste.
