All our beef products come from quality herds raised in the Scottish Glens, a location known to rear and produce some of the best beef available in the world. The beef cattle are reared free range, like all our online butcher meat, and are free to graze on the Scottich grasslands. Our Scottish Beef is also matured on the bone for at least 21 days to ensure juicy tenderness and a great taste, whatever the cut, and is produced from only the finest animals.
