At Farmer's Choice we have a variety of beef products. We stock beef steaks like t-bone, sirloin, rump, fillet, rib eye, chuck, and a lot more. We also have a variety of joints like topside, silverside parcel, back rib, aitchbone, pot roast and top rump. We even stock ox heart, ox kidney, steak mince, stir fry beef, ox tails and beef goulash, for the more adventurous beef eater.

All our beef products come from quality Angus herds; endorsed by the Aberdeen Angus Certification, and raised in the Orkney Isles, a location known to rear and produce some of the best beef available in the world. The beef cattle are reared free range, like all our online butcher meat, and are free to graze on the Orkney grasslands. The Orkney Island Gold Beef is also matured on the bone for at least 21 days to ensure juicy tenderness and a great taste, whatever the cut, and is produced from only the finest animals.
